Food Train

By far, the best food I've ever had, has been on train journeys. Take the AP Express for example. The route below gives you an idea of what I'm talking about.

+ Hyderabad - Biryani
+
Kazipet - Aamras (dried and gelatinized mango pulp)
+ Balharshah - Idli, Vada
+ Nagpur - Oranges
+ Bhopal - Bhopali Paan (Haven't had that in quite some time)
+ Itarsi - Chhole Puri, Omelettes, Lassi,
+ Jhansi - Sutta :D
+ Agra - Angoori Pethe
+ Mathura - Pede
+ Delhi - Chhole Bhature

The above are, of course, my favorites. Drop in a comment if you find something missing. Meanwhile, all you flyers to Delhi, please take out 27 hours from your packed schedule and experience this journey, if you haven't already.

Footnote - Disco deewane. Again! But this time, it's a walk in the park.
