Three months left in 2010. Here's my checklist -
1. Pondicherry - hopefully on the new year.
2. Amritsar and Wagah - in November, if Doll agrees to accompany. If she doesn't, I'll still go.
Don't have many vacations left in '10. Here's my plan for 2011.
1. Rajasthan - probably a 15-day long holiday. I plan to cover Shekhawati, Bikaner, Jaisalmer, Jodhpur, Mt. Abu, Udaipur and Jaipur. Must do before March, 2010.
2. Gangtok, Darjeeling and other parts of Sikkim
3. Kerala.
I don't think I have much time left - two, three, a maximum of four years. After that travel is going to be very difficult.

Amritsar is super awesome. Set aside a day to just sit in the Golden Temple and eat in the langar.
Eat at Kesar da Dhaba and Parawan da Dhaba. Both are brilliant.
Go for 'jutti' shopping if you have appropriate company. I'm sure company will be very happy.
But Wagah is over-rated. Frankly, quite ridiculous. I'd say not quite worth the effort.
